Mobile POS has become not only an integral part of almost every retailer’s in-store technology strategy, but also a huge enabler for retailers to handle change within the store much more effectively. This transition could be condensed down to something as simple as a massive migration from static to dynamic transaction processing and customer support. Customers are on the move with mobile technology, retailers are challenged to keep up with them, and mobile POS is only one part of that drive. Receipt printing is still a requirement in most POS transactions and we’re seeing demand shift to smaller, more portable and highly-connected mobile printers.
